
Turkey Yakitori

These skewers put a spin on yakitori, flanking grilled onions and shishito peppers with PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 4 Star Skin-On Turkey Breast, Oven Roasted.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. PERDUE® Fresh Turkey Breast (SKU 75711)
- 8 shishito peppers
- 2 oz. red onion — cut into wedges
- 1 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. scallions — chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds — toasted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place turkey breast in the oven until the turkey skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Cool to room temperature.
- Slice turkey. Grill onion and shishito peppers.
- Build skewers with sliced turkey, shishito peppers and red onion. Before serving, flash-grill skewers.
- Mix teriyaki sauce with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve with skewers.
