Ingredients
- 1 lb. PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, 4 Star, Skinless, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (75712)
- 8 slice sourdough — toasted, buttered
- ¼ c. sambal
- Pad Thai peanut sauce — as needed
- 4 tbsp. carrots — julienned
- 4 tbsp. red pepper — julienned
- 4 tbsp. onion — julienned
- 2 tbsp. scallions — julienned
Pad Thai Peanut Sauce
- ¼ c. peanut butter
- ⅛ c. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. lime — juiced
- ½ tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic — minced
- 1 tsp. sriracha

Instructions for Pad Thai Peanut Sauce
- Mix all listed ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add water for desired thickness. Set aside.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
- Slice turkey breast ¼ in. thick.
- Add carrots, red peppers, onions and scallions to a bowl and toss with creamy pad Thai peanut sauce.
- To the bottom slice of buttery toasted sourdough, spread on sambal, top with sliced turkey breast and vegetable pad Thai mix, and top with another slice of buttery toasted sourdough.
