Ingredients

  • 1 lb. PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, 4 Star, Skinless, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (75712)
  • 8 slice sourdough — toasted, buttered
  • ¼ c. sambal
  • Pad Thai peanut sauce — as needed
  • 4 tbsp. carrots — julienned
  • 4 tbsp. red pepper — julienned
  • 4 tbsp. onion — julienned
  • 2 tbsp. scallions — julienned
Pad Thai Peanut Sauce
  • ¼ c. peanut butter
  • c. fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lime — juiced
  • ½ tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic — minced
  • 1 tsp. sriracha

Instructions for Pad Thai Peanut Sauce
  1. Mix all listed ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add water for desired thickness. Set aside.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
  1. Slice turkey breast ¼ in. thick.
  2. Add carrots, red peppers, onions and scallions to a bowl and toss with creamy pad Thai peanut sauce.
  3. To the bottom slice of buttery toasted sourdough, spread on sambal, top with sliced turkey breast and vegetable pad Thai mix, and top with another slice of buttery toasted sourdough.
