  • 4 croissants
  • ½ c. avocado spread — premade
  • 4 scrambled egg patties
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

Instructions for Chicken
  1. Preheat the fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Fry pre-browned chicken tenders until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
  1. Add avocado spread to each croissant base.
  2. Top with 2 pre-browned chicken tenders, 1 fluffy scrambled egg patty and 2 slices of cheddar cheese, and finish with the top half of the croissant.
