- ½ c. avocado spread — premade
- 4 scrambled egg patties
- 8 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions for Chicken
- Preheat the fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry pre-browned chicken tenders until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
- Add avocado spread to each croissant base.
- Top with 2 pre-browned chicken tenders, 1 fluffy scrambled egg patty and 2 slices of cheddar cheese, and finish with the top half of the croissant.
